Lee Iacocca

I recall seeing his book just about everywhere in the late 80's. It is always great to hear somebody who has faced the great burden of leadership sharing what they know on the subject. I have not seen something like this sense "THE FOG OF WAR" which was amazing. Here is a link to the charlie rose interview.
